Organic Junkies meet
"Not Your Sugar Mamas"

The Organic Junkies Wellness Club kicked off their spring session with some amazing food and guests. Seventeen organic junkies met the owners of the "Not Your Sugar Mamas" organic chocolate company, an island-owned and grown company.
We learned about raw chocolate and its health benefits, and how yummy it tastes. Bennett and Ky (the owners of the company) brought samples of their delectable chocolate and cookies.
The Organic Junkies also made some delicious, healthy treats of their own. This week we learned how to make walnut milk and Cacao Au Lait. The junkies enjoyed their Cacao Au Lait with a side of chocolate chip cookies courtesy of "Not Your Sugar Mamas".
A breath of fresh air was taken by our foragers. They brought back dried flowers to adorn the table where we gather to share food and friendship.
Health and happiness begin with slowing down to enjoy every moment of your life. Start your meal with a few moments of silent breathing and savor all the wonderful smells and tastes.
